This bike is a testament to our commitment to our customers. We have a dear friend who wanted to build a totally custom motorcycle modeled after the Jesse James West Coast Chopper style motorcycles.

We started with a West Coast Chopper CFL Kit, and 5 years later, almost have a completed bike. We’ve spent countless hours fabricating, assembling, and installing custom parts to make sure there’s no other bike like this one on the road.

Everything down to the color (which was custom-mixed to match a 1966 Oldsmobile 442 the customer had in high school) is totally unique. This baby runs like no other motorcycle we’ve ever built. It’s in the final stages of assembly and we hope to see him out cruising around Boston on it in the summer of 2010.

This poor motorcycle was very badly damaged in a brutal accident. The bike was almost considered a total loss. But since we never like to see a bike prematurely put into the grave, we committed to doing a full, frame-up rebuild.

We installed all brand-new Harley-Davidson certified factory parts to get the bike up and running. But why stop there? We added a sick custom paint job with color-matched inner fairing and the nice white ghost flames for an added touch.

Then, we tuned up (and turned up) the performance of this new beauty with some chrome Cyclesmith Cruising Handlebars, Khrome Werks High-Performance Exhaust, Super Pro Race Tuner, and much, much more.

This 2008 Harley Road Glide is a really beautiful bike. It came to us fresh from the factory just waiting for some Baystate customization. We installed a Zipper’s Muscle 103″ Engine Kit, Screamin’ Eagle Air Cleaner, D&D Exhaust High-Performance System, and Super Pro Race Tuner.

This complete performance package includes precision cylinder boring, forged big bore pistons, Zipper’s CNC ported heads with oversize valves, Red Shift cams, adjustable pushrods, and all gaskets. It also comes with the ThunderMax ECM with AutoTune, ThunderMax 54mm throttle body and high flow air-cleaner assembly.

We cranked this baby up by 100 horsepower and 105 lbs. of torque! This tuned-up Harley runs flawlessly.
